What is the material composition of your product?
Our products are made from a special blend of paper and PVC. They are patented, meaning there are no equivalents. The thickness is 50 microns, which is similar to A4 paper.
What surfaces can it be applied to?
Our product adheres easily to the following surfaces:

What is the lifespan of the product?
When used in a fixed position, the product has a lifespan of one year. The less frequently it is "removed and reattached," the longer it will last.
What type of markers can be used on it?
Whiteboard markers can be used for writing. You can erase the writing using a whiteboard eraser or a dry tissue.
Is the product adhesive?
No, our products are not adhesive or magnetic. They stick to surfaces like glass, wood, walls, and ceramic using static charge.
Can I move the product to a different location?
Yes, it can be relocated, especially within the first 1-2 weeks. However, it is not recommended to move products that have been in a fixed position for 4-5 months, as some of the static charge transfers to the surface, reducing adhesion over time.
How is the product packaged and shipped?
Each product is shipped in a roll tube packaging for safe delivery.
How should I clean the product?
Do not clean the product with wet or damp cloths. Instead, use a whiteboard eraser or a dry tissue.
Does the product come with a warranty?
No, our products do not have a warranty. This is standard for all paper-based products.
